Terms of Business

Signature Voices provides funeral and memorial singing with a strong emphasis on sensitivity, professionalism, and clear communication. These terms explain how bookings are confirmed, how services are delivered, and the responsibilities of both client and provider.

Services Provided

Signature Voices provides professional live singing for funerals, memorials, and celebration of life services. Services may include consultation on repertoire, preparation of agreed music, and live performance at the venue or service location confirmed in writing.

Booking & Payment

  • - Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of a signed agreement and payment of a deposit.
  • - Full payment is required 7 days prior to the performance.
  • - Accepted payment methods are bank transfer or card payment.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • - Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the service will receive a full refund minus any non-refundable deposit.
  • - Cancellations within 7 days of the service may incur up to 100% of the fee.

Client Responsibilities

  • - Provide accurate information regarding venue, timings, order of service, and agreed repertoire.
  • - Ensure access, permissions, and practical arrangements are available for the performance where applicable.
  • - Communicate any material changes to the service as soon as possible.

Liability

Signature Voices will use reasonable care and professional skill in providing the agreed service. Liability is limited to the value of the booking fee paid, except where such limitation is not permitted by law. Singing Attitude Ltd is not responsible for indirect or consequential loss.

Privacy

Personal information supplied in connection with enquiries and bookings will be handled in accordance with the Signature Voices Privacy Policy and used only as necessary to provide the requested service and related communication.

Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, written material, and original arrangements remain the intellectual property of Singing Attitude Ltd unless otherwise stated. No material may be reproduced or distributed without prior permission.

Force Majeure

Signature Voices will not be liable for failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure arises from events beyond reasonable control, including severe illness, government restrictions, extreme weather, transport disruption, or venue-related cancellation.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and any dispute arising in connection with them shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
